Daniel A. Fullner was born in West Point, Nebraska. He received his juris doctorate from the University of Nebraska in 1979. He is a partner in the law firm and a member of the Madison County, 7th Judicial District, and Nebraska State Bar Associations. He is a former delegate to the Nebraska State Bar Associations, and formerly served on the Executive Council. He is also a member of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, serves on the Mental Health Board of the 7th Judicial District of Nebraska, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Nebraska Bankers Association and Banker's Title Agency of Nebraska as well as a former member of the Board of Directors of Orphan Grain Train, Inc. Mr. Fullner concentrates his practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Probate Administration, Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Banking Law, Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Municipal Corporations, Marital Dissolution, and Civil Litigation.

Brad J. Montag was born in Kimball, Nebraska. He received his bachelor's degree from Midland Lutheran College in 1986 and obtained his juris doctorate from the Creighton University School of Law, Omaha, Nebraska, in 1989.

Brad is admitted and has practiced law for 30 years in all Nebraska State Courts and has practiced throughout northeast and north central Nebraska. Brad has experience in several areas of law, including Criminal Defense, Family Law (including Dissolution of Marriage), Personal Injury (automobile accidents), and Workers' Compensation.

Dennis is licensed to practice in all Nebraska Courts and the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska. Brad is a native of South Dakota, a 1993 graduate of South Dakota State University, and a 1996 graduate of Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska. He and his wife Charlotte have 3 children, Mallory, Sydney, and Blake. He enjoys hunting, golf, camping, and being involved in his kids' activities.

Brad has been practicing law since 1996. He has experience in several different areas of law. Brad has extensive knowledge in the area of Bankruptcy Law, representing individuals in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, as well as creditors who have bankruptcy issues. Brad has experience in the courtroom, helping people with both civil cases and criminal cases.
